DESCRIPTION:

The 15 x 30 foot in-ground swimming pool is in the West patio. The pool is surrounded by a wide concrete deck, bordered on three sides by landscaping. The flower bed is three feet wide and contains hibiscus and other salt-tolerant plants. The whole area is enclosed with an eight-foot high concrete block privacy wall. The pool has an underground light. Depth varies from three to eight feet. Pool pump, filter, and all equipment are new. Maintenance is simple. A timer turns the pool pump on for the desired time each day. The system is pre-plumbed for solar heating if that is ever desired. Decks and stairways let swimmers come and go to the pool from any bedroom in the house (including the guest suite) without going through any other part of the house. Children can also be taken into the laundry room or the powder room without passing through carpeted areas. There is also an outdoor shower by the stairs to the beach that can be used after swimming.
