ATTIC

DESCRIPTION:

There is a full stand-up, walk-around attic over the entire main house. It has a wooden floor. There is insulation between the floor and the second-floor ceiling. There is an exhaust fan with thermostat control to keep the attic from getting hot. This lessens the load on the house's air conditioning system. The attic is reached by a set of pull-down stairs from the second floor hall.
